About me
Nicholas McLeod
I am the proud father of four beautiful children, and a resident of Barry’s Bay. I graduated from Carleton University receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double concentration in Accounting, and Managing People and Organizations. I am a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and have the skills and experience to fight for you.
My litigation philosophy is to try and get the best outcome for my client with as little risk and cost as possible. I focus on finding creative solutions to resolve the dispute and try to have both sides leave happy. However, should that solution fail to materialize I am a relentless and aggressive advocate in the courtroom where preparation decides who wins and loses. I know my education, experience, creativity, and hard work will allow you to achieve the best result possible in your case.

My main areas of practice however are Small Claims Courts, Criminal and Provincial Offence Defence, and Tribunal matters, such as the Landlord/Tenant Board.
